Situated on a corner lot in Portland’s East Bayside neighborhood, 70 Anderson Street provides ten new townhouse apartments intended for families.  The project consists of two buildings with a central courtyard with a rain-garden.  The building massing is a simple gable form found throughout the neighborhood, we incorporated crisp and subtle details on the buildings to provide a modern aesthetic that fits within the existing neighborhood context.
