RSA was hired by the Biddeford Housing Authority to convert an existing two family residential structure in Downtown Biddeford into four apartments for single mothers and their children. The project included demolition of the rear of the existing structure and constructing a new addition on the existing foundation as well as a total renovation of the existing main structure on South Street. RSA worked closely with Biddeford Housing, Maine Housing and Risbara Brothers Construction to deliver high quality, healthy, living environments for single mothers in need of a place to live with their children. The project features a highly insulated envelope, low flow plumbing fixtures and high efficiency lighting. RSA is proud to be part of a project of this nature which provides housing to people in need.
