RSA had been working with Alere for many years on various new construction and renovation projects when Alere approached RSA about converting an offsite office / warehouse building into Bio-Tech R & D laboratory space and supporting offices. The 7,000 square foot space was carefully laid out to accommodate the intricate laboratory functions and flow of work as to not contaminate the research products being studied. RSA provided multidiscipline design services to deliver a complete package to the owner which ensured the facility would be operational in time to meet the project’s condensed schedule.
