Bath Riverwalk is a contemporary community built along the edge of the Kennebec River in Bath, Maine. The project consists of five buildings in a linear arrangement stretched along the river maximizing views to the south and east. The building designs utilize many aspects of the shingle style, including bays, dormers, brackets and columns playfully organized to result in complex buildings with human scaled facades. Each of the residences have an abundance of natural light and open flowing floor plans, with a private exterior porch to take in the salt air.
