RSA was engaged by a national hotel developer to design a new lobby, lounge, dining room and administrative office area for its Holiday Inn hotel in Bangor, Maine. The project required the reconfigured spaces to serve many functions in a relatively compact square footage. RSA worked closely with the owner to develop millwork details and interior design elements to provide an attractive contemporary environment to enhance the hotel customer’s experience. Upon successful completion of the project RSA was hired to provide services for its first out of state project at the developers property located in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Holiday Inn, Monticello, renovation project includes a significant renovation of 10,000 sf of the first floor of the 6 story hotel.
