RSA was engaged by the owner to design a new showroom addition and to renovate the existing Jaguar Landrover auto sales and service facility in Scarborough, Maine.  The contemporary design reflects the crisp and precise aesthetic that Jaguar and Landrover vehicles are known for.  Gable roof forms were integrated into the design to reference traditional New England vernacular Architecture and enhance the facades overall massing.  The showroom volume contains large expanses of frameless glass to provide a high level of transparency and visibility to the vehicles inside.  The showroom interior design continues the crisp design aesthetic while integrating warmer wood tones for a comfortable environment for customers during the purchase process.
