West End Place is a mixed-use project that provides 39 market rate upscale apartments to Portland’s West End neighborhood. The first floor includes two retail spaces which enhance the street level activity and add to the vibrancy to the neighborhood. We began the design process with an extensive analysis of the Architecture of the existing historic neighborhood, the resulting design is a contemporary building that responds to existing neighboring buildings through scale, texture, rhythm.
